An increase to Foreign Investment Fees and Penalties was announced on 22 July 2022 by the Treasurer, Dr Jim chalmers MP (please CLICK HERE to view the announcement on the Treasurer’s website).

Foreign Investment Fees doubled from Friday, 29 July 2022.  These Investments cover residential real estate, agricultural land or water entitlements.
